Mission Experiences

During Golden Orientation the elders and sisters do "real plays" as they practice sharing the gospel with everyone they meet.

The Coomera Zone are enjoying lunch after a temple session.
We served lunch to the elders and sisters at the Gold Coast Zone Meeting.  They always appreciate a good meal.

60th birthday celebration.
Elder and Sister Pearson met with the senior missionaries during the mission tour.
He is the Area President so it was wonderful to meet him after just talking to him on the phone when Elder Madsen served as the Area Medical Advisor.

I participated in the Gold Coast 5.7K.

The Senior Missionaries spent July 4 on Coochie Island.  It is a short ferry ride from the mainland.  We walked around the whole island after enjoying lunch.  A friendly lady riding her scooter stopped and told us all about the history and what to look for on our walk.

We rode the ferry back to the
mainland and enjoyed this
beautiful sunset!
